An exciting day at Fourtowns today as the school was full of jungle animals and brave explorers!
Mrs McConaghie’s P2/3 class celebrated the end of their topic Rumble in the Jungle with a fantastic dress-up day — and the creativity was incredible!
The children enjoyed a whole range of jungle fun, including:
Jungle art
Animal races
Crossing the crocodile river
Jungle-themed play
Jungle snacks such as monkey biscuits, tiger tails, sneaky snakes and jungle buns!
They even made their way around the school to visit every classroom and show off their wonderful outfits — and yes, even the grown?ups joined in the fun!
A brilliant end to a brilliant topic!
